Our Core Values

PPF Growth Oriented

Success is all about growth — personal, professional, and financial. As a group, we strive to grow each day.

Be of Service

We do our best to be of service to our customers, team members, and ourselves.

212 Principle

At 211, water is just water. At 212, it’s steam and strong enough to power a train! What can you do to add that extra degree?

Own It – Whatever It Takes

Take ownership over your work and hold yourself accountable. We’re counting on you!

Embrace & Drive Change

To get where we want to go tomorrow, we can’t stay stuck in the approach that got us here today.

12.8 Seconds

Dental offices are like a hurdle race: we have to keep moving forward and jump at the same time. 12.8 seconds is the world record — what’s yours?
